An AI coach that trains you for your sport — not for everyone's.
BJJ, wrestling, MMA and running today. More sports coming.
What it is
Not a workout logger. Roadwork decides what you train today and tells you why.
→
It knows your sportA guard retention block is not a leg day. The programming, the language and the standards change with the sport. BJJ, wrestling, MMA and running today — more coming.
→
It adapts to your bodyRough night, hard sparring yesterday, a knee that's talking to you — the session changes before you see it.
→
It adapts to your roomHotel with one band? It rebuilds the session around what you have and keeps the same objective.
→
You pick who's talkingSeven coaching voices, and it calls you what you ask to be called.
→
It works with no signalLog a whole session in a basement gym. It syncs when you're back.
Install it — about 20 seconds
Open this page in SafariSafari specifically. Chrome on iPhone can't install apps — that's Apple's rule, not ours.
Tap the Share buttonThe square with an arrow pointing up, at the bottom of the screen.
Tap "Add to Home Screen", then AddScroll down a little — it's below the sharing options.
Open Roadwork from the new icon — and make your account thereNot from Safari. The icon is the real app from now on.
Install first, then sign up. On iPhone the home-screen app keeps its own separate login. If you create your account in Safari and add the icon afterwards, the icon opens logged out and you'll think it lost your account. Add it first, then sign up from the icon — and notifications only work that way too.
Open this page in ChromeYou'll see a banner offering to install.
Tap InstallNo banner? Tap the ⋮ menu, top right, then "Add to Home screen" → Install.
Open it from your home screenIt runs full screen, like any other app.
Added the icon already? Use that instead of this button. No App Store — it updates itself.

1
Make an account — from the home screen iconOn iPhone, an account created in Safari does not carry over to the icon. Your password needs 15 characters. Three or four words you'd actually say is easiest — gi rolls on tuesday is 19. Length beats symbols.
2
Answer honestlyRoadwork builds your training from those answers. Inflating your level just gets you the wrong sessions.
3
Pick your coachCoach → Coach identity. Choose a voice and tell it what to call you.
4
Allow notificationsAt most one a day, and only when something in your data actually changed.
What I need back
Use it for two weeks the way you normally train. Don't be nice to it.
Log a session on a day you don't feel like it. That's the day this either helps or gets deleted, and it's the only real test.
Feedback lives in the app: You → Settings → Tell Ron what's wrong with it. Five questions. The two that matter most are what felt unnecessary and what would you remove — harder to answer, worth more than compliments.
